Our primary focus is supplying highly customizable sewing equipment and bulk textiles for B2B procurement. Additionally, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services and manufacture a select range of finished, ready-made curtains to support specific client projects.
For standard curtain manufacturing equipment, our MOQ is 1 unit to facilitate initial testing and small-batch procurement. For OEM/ODM custom machinery or bulk fabric orders, the MOQ is negotiated based on specific manufacturing requirements.
Standard in-stock machinery requires 7 to 15 days for delivery after deposit confirmation. Standard equipment requiring production takes 15 to 30 days, while custom OEM/ODM orders are scheduled based on manufacturing complexity.
We utilize standard export wooden cases to ensure equipment safety during international transit. Specialized packaging, such as vacuum sealing or custom-dimension crates, is available upon request. Our primary export hubs are the Ports of Shanghai and Ningbo.
We primarily accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), typically structured as a 50% advance deposit with the 50% balance cleared prior to shipment. For large-scale orders exceeding $50,000, we accept Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
We provide a standard one-year warranty calculated from the dispatch date. During this period, we supply after-sales support for any malfunctions arising from inherent manufacturing defects. Warranty extensions for specialized projects can be negotiated into the final contract.
