Production Lines

Operating from our two self-owned production bases in Shanghai and Tongxiang, we run fully integrated workshops for sheet metal fabrication, painting, assembly, and packaging. Furthermore, we maintain a dedicated finished curtain and fabric production line, allowing us to control quality at every step—from raw steel and yarn to intelligent machines and commercial textiles.

Quality Control and Testing

Every machine is rigorously test-run before dispatch. We verify vertical cutting precision, dynamic tension stability, and CNC control system performance using heavyweight and real-world fabric conditions on our own curtain production line. Only after passing these stress tests is the equipment shipped with a complete inspection record.
